 Our Beliefs

The Episcopal Church is a part of the world-wide Anglican Communion.

Episcopalians are followers of Jesus Christ. We believe that human beings are united to God through Christ and we take that relationship seriously. Our Baptismal Covenant asks us if we will "seek and serve Christ in all persons; to strive for justice among all people, and to respect the dignity of every human being."

We trust that God is working through each one of us and that we can be positive agents for change in this world that God so loves. That is the Good News we proclaim.

As a community we sometimes disagree with one another. But as long as we continue to gather together to hear the story of God's love for us and come to share a meal at God's Table, we are better able to share the grace that we have been given so abundantly.

In our worship, we are nourished for life's journey by Scripture readings, preaching, uplifting music, and by celebrating the Lord's Supper (Holy Communion) every Sunday.

We invite you to journey with us.
